This can be done on a device level by going to More -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Checkout -&amp;gt; Order Tickets and turning it to manual.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will be prompted to enter an order number or name at checkout.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Online orders automatically display the customer's name on the top of the order tickets. The only way to get around this is to set up&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/7142-set-up-self-serve-ordering-and-qr-codes-with-square-online" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt; Self Serve Ordering&lt;/A&gt;, where you create "tables" that have unique QR codes. When a customer uses that QR code to order, the order ticket will show the table number you programmed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
