Account manager ?

As a customer of Square do we have an account manager? Someone responsible for our customer experience? When we started we had an account manager we could go to with questions, issues, etc.

Now that we have bought everything square offers we have no point of contact and have some major issues we need to discuss before moving away from square.

I have been having the same issue. Cannot get a hold of my account manager for the past 2 months now. Could someone reach out to me please?
