    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/694629"&gt;@SNOWBREEZE&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can only turn this off and not direct it to another email.&amp;nbsp; Best I can do is suggest in your Email program to forward emails that contain Transaction or New Sale in the Subject line to : ( email address )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently have my Transactions OFF for each sale for exactly this reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is a link to where you can turn this off for the POS :&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/business/email-notifications" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/business/email-notifications&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;acct &amp;amp; settings &amp;gt; notifications&amp;gt;account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then under&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Transactional emails&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;per payment&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; (Blue Square ON, blank Square OFF)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See image :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="noemails.png" style="width: 747px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.squareup.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/47783i675C6866F1242DC4/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="noemails.png" alt="noemails.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For my online orders, I forward a copy of each online sale to my personal email using my email client and not a setting in Square.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sorry about miss reading your first post.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please help me to figure out what I am trying to do?&lt;BR /&gt;I want all of the order notification emails sent to secondary email address. I don't want my primary email blow up with the orders emails definitely, and I just want to send them to another email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to find a way to do it but couldn't find one yet. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay I found&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Online &amp;gt; Shared Settings &amp;gt; Notifications.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I can't find "Set Up" for the step :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Set up&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to enable&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;New order emails&lt;/STRONG&gt;. `&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the Notifications page, I found that I can add additional emails with a comma separation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So both of my primary and secondary emails are currently stored in the section. But I am not receiving any new order emails to both of my mail boxes&lt;/P&gt;</description>
