&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out! I know how frustrating it can be to deal with cracks on your device—it’s never a fun situation. Unfortunately, Square doesn’t cover physical damage caused by drops or other incidents outside of normal wear and tear. That said, you might want to check with a local cell phone or hardware repair shop, or even Best Buy, to see if they can repair or replace the screen. I have heard of sellers using a screen protector to help prevent further damage in the future.&lt;/P&gt;
