    <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems like Washington State is a destination based sales tax state- see your State's rules here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://dor.wa.gov/taxes-rates/retail-sales-tax" target="_blank"&gt;https://dor.wa.gov/taxes-rates/retail-sales-tax&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're going to do a lot of business in the future with out-of-state customers I'd look for a service that could handle the sales tax for you. We use DAVO (which syncs with Square).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the correct tax rate- you would need to add it to Square.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m just starting out and have a question about the sales tax. My company is set up for WA and I’ve tested using my address in WA and everything showed up fine. Now I have a potential&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;customer in FL asking what the total amount would be with shipping and taxes. I put in her address and it’s not generating any sales tax.&amp;nbsp; I see that many say to talk to their accountant, what if taxes need to be applied, how would we go about fixing this?&lt;/P&gt;
