I am looking to run a report that will show my data from non-consecutive days. For example...12/6, 12/10, 12/17 & 12/21. I DO NOT want data included from dates in between such as 12/13 & 12/20. Can I do this?

Hey there @jhurd. Currently this is not possible in Square. This would be something that the team would have to evaluate and consider as a feature request. You can get the ball rolling on that by heading over to the Ideate Board and submitting it. But, I can’t think of any decent workaround that doesn’t involve multiple reports, at this time.

Thank you both for your replies. I feel like I am an "average" user of Excel so I understand what you are saying and yes, I could figure out how to do it that way. My use for Square is for a High School concessions stand so I was hoping to group dates by 1) Boys Basketball games; 2) Girls Basketball games; 3) Wrestling matches, etc., and to be able to report data based on these different events.

@jhurd I think that @Candlestore‘s idea will work for you, and it’s good you have a working knowledge of pivot tables. Before Square really upgraded reports (like the Sales Trends report, and the Sales Summary that is currently in beta testing), I used lots of Pivot Tables. In fact I had a spreadsheet that was nothing but reports that I wished Square would create, based on CSV downloads. Thankfully, my need for that spreadsheet is gone and I think that features like yours will eventually be incorporated. They’ve been working hard for the past few years to make reporting more comprehensive. Still, for now, it is what it is.
