To two different support people via email, and am hopeful the second person will get back to me to say they've&amp;nbsp; fixed it. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Support will not get back to me. But as of the 1st of the year, I can no longer process Flex spending cards. I've done nothing different and can't even figure out how I would change that. The insurance companies are the ones who told me my MCC code had changed the first of the year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure you call support and let them know what you are trying to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had to do this last year and we were able to get it updated with a call to support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I guess the moral of the story is just call support. They fixed the issue in 30 seconds. I think the emails must go through AI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do think its ironic that they give you a choice of espanol or english then put someone on that barely speaks English.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-christina&lt;/P&gt;</description>
