How can I get a report that is grouped by categories?

I need to get reports separating categories. Now what I'm getting is everything but one category is lumped under Company name.

@Burdet ;

Did you log into your Square Dashboard on a computer through a Web Browser like chrome?

Then Click Reports . Then Choose Category Sales?

The you can choose Filters to see more or less information.

This might be what you are looking for.

If not you may have to Export your Transacations CSV file(s) and then create a report in Excel Pivot Tables to quickly change between Categories.

I'm signed in on Firefox. Would that make a difference. I have 12 separate categories and only one of them is showing as a separate group. None of the others separate out.

@Burdet;

Firefox Chrome I am not sure if that makes a big difference, I just state that so people know not to be on the Square App on a cell or tablet.

Here are some Screen Shots for you:

Below is your Home screen. Select Reports.

After Clicking Reports you will see the below image. Which is your Sales Summary report. On the Left side select Click Category Sales.

After Clicking Category Sales you will get the below image:

For all these there is a way to filter results by Date, and other options to the right of where the Date is. These Filters change based on the Page you are on.
