      <title>Who is my Account Manager</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the past we have had an Account Manager with Square.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently reached out trying to get the new Account Manager's name and email and have had no luck.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am considering upgrading our Square POS or moving away from Square and switching to a competitor.&amp;nbsp; I would like to speak with an Account Manager before I decide.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone assist with finding out how I can contact an Account Manager?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have the same issue. I have contacted the Customer Service which informed me they would transfer to my account manager. This was a week ago and got no response so far. I called and left voicemail and also sent a follow up email and nobody replied. Can someone help? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
