I presell photo prints at events. Right now its handled via printed order forms and credit card machine. We take cash, check and cards. I want to use a QR code that will take customers directed to my website order form. There are a number of fields of information that I collect, I'd like to move all of this online so that I can easily recall and organize the customer data I collect. This wouldn't be a problem if I only took cards, how can I still collect cash/checks in person and have the data fields entered and the order sent through the website. No need for any inventory counting. Thanks

I think unfortunatly via the website there is no way currently to capture this information - it would require a payment to go through

Option 1: Square Online Custom Form : You would direct customers to fill out the form instead of "checking out" on the website

Create a Custom Form
1. →Square Online
2. →Website
3. →Forms
4. →Create Custom Form
  1. Add your required data fields
  2. Set up photo print options
  3. Enable customer information collection

Option 2: Square Invoices

Create Invoice Template
- Include custom fields for order details
- Add photo print options
- Enable customer information collection
QR Code Process
- Generate QR code linking to your order form (the one created above)
- Customers fill out details
- Choose payment method:
  - Online payment
  - Mark as "to be paid in person"
