    <description>&lt;P&gt;We've closed our business and the buyer want to create a new Square account with the same email address that we used since it's the business name.&amp;nbsp; Can we deactivate our account to remove all our data/history/transactions/etc. and then have him create a new account with the same email address?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/633670"&gt;@CLBC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That is more of a Technical question for Square.&amp;nbsp; This forum is mostly monitored by a few Square employees but mainly has other Square users like myself answering Questions.&amp;nbsp; So the best way to get this answered would be to call Square Support, and as its a weekend you probably will not get ahold of anyone till Monday to answer this type of Question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should Download the data that you want to give to the buyer like :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Your Catalog&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Customers&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Transactions you can print a summary, but not sure why as you can not upload your Sales Data to another account.&amp;nbsp; Your Sales were yours and will not effect their business but only to show which Items sell better during different seasons for example.&amp;nbsp; So all your sale data could be downloaded so the buyer can see it to use as a refrence but it will not be able to be uploaded to their new Square account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
