Calculating Fees

The link for the square calculator no longer works, the other website that had a reverse calculator isn't updated with increased fee amount. Does anyone know of a website with the updated fee for the calculator? I can't match things in Quickbooks, if I'm off on the fee amount. It has been over a month and I can't keep losing money and messing up my Quickbooks. I have tried many times to manually come up with the amount to always be off by at least a few cents. This is by no means quick and efficient. 98% of my transactions are swipe in person. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Squares Website reports section has the Fee total for the date you select for the report.

You can also look at your Transacations and see the fee for each transacation.

No calculations needed.

Yes, I know I can look them up after the transaction. I need to know before the transaction what the fee is on that amount, not look back on what I was charged.

@taylortireplus ; Sorry I do not know of a Calculator that can figure out these fees befora a transaction for you to match them up in Quickbooks. Thats why I pointed you towards the Reports to show you what they were after a transaction is made. You might be able to use this fee chart to calculate the fee in a Spreedsheet program. I never even knew of a calculator that figured out what your fee would be before processing a transaction.
