    <description>&lt;P&gt;When we close a check out remotely (on the floor with the app), the transaction clears but the check remains on our POS dashboard. &amp;nbsp;We have to turn off the iPad and restart to clear them all out. &amp;nbsp;This started about 2 weeks ago. &amp;nbsp;This is causing great confusion with staff as to what checks are open and what is closed and paid. &amp;nbsp;We are using android phones with the app and an iPad for pos&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/277580"&gt;@The_Good_Life&lt;/a&gt;.. This sounds suspiciously like something has gotten corrupted in either your Android or iPadOS app. &amp;nbsp;Have you tried the nuclear option -- deleting and re-installing apps? &amp;nbsp;If not, I'd recommend that first -- start with the iPad, but don't be surprised if the problem is in the Android's and you need to delete/re-install there. &amp;nbsp;Quite often this will fix whatever random problem has cropped up. &amp;nbsp;Try that and let me know if it doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
