      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/612562"&gt;@lonestar66&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I am going to assume a couple things that you switched the power bricks and tried completely different power cords.&amp;nbsp; I had this happen one time and I had tried the same things,&amp;nbsp; but I would also try different outlet and surge protector just in case (I know sounds stupid and insulting, but I got a new stand and the problem was still there.)&amp;nbsp; It ended up being the surge protector.&amp;nbsp; The power adapter would charge a phone, but wouldn't work on the stand.&amp;nbsp; I have also had a couple issues with the USB hub on Gen 1's.&amp;nbsp; The one thing I believe is true is that the USB-C on Gen 2 is a higher wattage than just standard USB, so not every USB-C can drive the stand.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
