    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am receiving the same problem, but the problem is that it keeps saying that a credit card is not verified. Also I had deactivated a previous account but what happened is that I try making a new account and it says the email is in the system, but the email isn’t letting me log in&lt;/P&gt;</description>
