    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I use an E-Gift Card on it's own or in a split transaction, my Point of Sale unit reboots and we lose the transaction.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In a split transaction, after scanning the barcode or entering the card number, we select the option to split the transaction, and the POS unit reboots.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even after rebooting the unit, it still happens.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WB&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/726100"&gt;@wbilancio&lt;/a&gt;.. Have you tried deleting the POS app and reinstalling it? &amp;nbsp;If not, do that and if it still is acting up, go to the Support Settings &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Send support ledger. &amp;nbsp;Send that and then &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact?panel=FAB456B04971&amp;amp;skip_unit_select=true" target="_self"&gt;call Square support&lt;/A&gt; to let them know why they are receiving it. &amp;nbsp;They'll open a trouble report.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
