All sensitive data is handled&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;using industry-standard encryption,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and payment card data is encrypted immediately upon swipe/dip/tap. If there is a breach of information, Square holds primary responsibility for protecting seller information under various regulations (such as&amp;nbsp;GDPR, CCPA, etc.).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
