    <description>&lt;P&gt;I installed the Square POS app on my new phone two days ago. We have square for restaurants. Now when I go into my app I can no longer go into Tickets and see the open Tabs, this is not cool as I use that to ensure items are being rang in correctly as well as see how busy we are while I am at work. I called and was informed with the "New Update" that you can no longer see the open tabs unless you are on the Device that created them. This is BS, Square should be doing updates to make our life easier not harder as business owners. Why on earth can I no longer see open tabs, I am the owner and need to see this information when not on site. Please change this back, all the new updates seem to be more clicking to get information that is needed, you need to speak to people that use the system daily before just updating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An Extremely Frustrated Long Time Square User!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I can definitely feel your frustration — and as a fellow business owner using Square every day, I &lt;EM&gt;totally&lt;/EM&gt; get where you're coming from. The ability to view open tabs remotely (especially as an owner keeping tabs on operations) is &lt;EM&gt;crucial&lt;/EM&gt;, not a “nice to have.”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The new update restricting tab visibility to just the originating device doesn’t make sense for multi-device or off-site management. You're not alone in this — others in the community have raised similar concerns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here’s a couple of things that might help in the meantime:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Submit a feature request through the Square Dashboard.&lt;/STRONG&gt; The more voices that speak up, the more weight it holds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Workaround:&lt;/STRONG&gt; If you're using Team Permissions, make sure you're logged in as the owner/admin and try accessing the &lt;EM&gt;Square Dashboard&lt;/EM&gt; (online) vs. just the mobile POS. You may be able to see ticket activity from the Reports section or via Transactions — not ideal, but it’s something.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Consider posting this feedback directly in the Square Beta Community or Town Hall threads&lt;/STRONG&gt; — they &lt;EM&gt;do&lt;/EM&gt; review those when planning future updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Square &lt;EM&gt;is&lt;/EM&gt; listening — but sometimes updates roll out before they've been field-tested with the people who use them daily. Your feedback is &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":fire:"&gt;🔥&lt;/span&gt; and exactly what they need to hear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let’s keep pushing for changes that &lt;EM&gt;actually&lt;/EM&gt; support how we run our businesses &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":flexed_biceps:"&gt;💪🏽&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":laptop_computer:"&gt;💻&lt;/span&gt;.
