Collecting Signatures

Hello!

I would like to collect signatures so my bodywork clients have the chance to see the tipping option on my phone screen. I have followed the following step-by-step instructions below but the Square POS app is not offering a signature collection when I run through a transaction. Can you please let me know how to make sure this feature is working? Everything is toggled on as stated below. Thanks!

Verify Signature Settings: Make sure that the signature collection is enabled in your Square Point of Sale app. You can do this by signing in to your app and navigating to More > Settings > Checkout > Signature and receipt. Ensure that Collect signatures is toggled on.

Welcome to the Community!

Great job on getting that set up through your Point of Sale app. Whenever you toggled them on - did you see the option for signing on the device or printed receipt?

Just below that, there is another option to select "For purchase of $25" or "For purchase of any amount". Double check that you have the "any amount" selected and saved, so you get those signatures after each transaction.
