      <title>Error Processing Payment on Woocommerce/Wordpress</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently am using Square, via Woocommerce, Wordpress for my site&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;(&lt;A href="http://www.powerfabrication.net" target="_blank"&gt;www.powerfabrication.net&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, when people make payments through Square on my site they do not process, and there is an error that reads:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Array&lt;BR /&gt;(&lt;BR /&gt;[0] =&amp;gt; stdClass Object&lt;BR /&gt;(&lt;BR /&gt;[category] =&amp;gt; AUTHENTICATION_ERROR&lt;BR /&gt;[code] =&amp;gt; UNAUTHORIZED&lt;BR /&gt;[detail] =&amp;gt; This request could not be authorized.&lt;BR /&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;)&lt;BR /&gt;Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are there any&amp;nbsp;tips on how I can fix this error and allow customers to process payments on my site,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Luckily, customers can order products using PayPal while the Square plugin sorts itself out (:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When you have the chance, please try disconnecting your WooCommerce integration from&amp;nbsp;the online Square Dashboard, then re-connect it. This should allow you to go through the OAuth process again and get a new token. If the OAuth remains idle for longer than 30 days, it may expire.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps clear things up! If not, please let me know and I'll escalate this for a closer look right away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the response Tom!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So I "deactivated" and "re-activated" my business location; does this count as the "WooCommerce integration" you mentioned? Otherwise, I don't see anything Woocommerce related on my Square Dashboard. Should I download the Woocommerce/Square app? (however, the app looks like it has more to do with synching inventory). I also deactivated and activated the Square plugin, and even deleted it and reinstalled it. I tried to make a purchase after these two things, with no prevail. Any ideas? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;One more suggestion:&amp;nbsp;can you&amp;nbsp;try navigating&amp;nbsp;to your &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/apps/my-apps" target="_blank"&gt;Square Apps&lt;/A&gt; page? There should be an application called WooCommerce showing in the list. Please click the "X" next to "Square account access" to remove the WooCommerce integration. Then, navigate back to the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/apps" target="_blank"&gt;App Marketplace&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and find WooCommerce (under the "eCommerce" section), and re-add it to your Square account by clicking on it and following the instructions.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;After completing these steps, if you're still unable to complete a transaction, please &lt;A href="https://woocommerce.com/contact-us" target="_blank"&gt;reach out to WooCommerce&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;directly and request assistance. If they are unable to sort this out, please respond here with a ticket/case number and we'll look into it further.&lt;/P&gt;
