Pending Cash Transactions

Today is the 6th of January, 2019, and yesterday the 5th I had a person buy 9 items, and she paid in cash, but the thing is that until today the 6th Square says that the trasaction is still pending. The good thing about this is that I am the owner of my restaurant so I am able to come here and ask about this, but the worst thing about this is that if it had happened with an employee I could have thought that they were stealing from me. So I need a quick answer to this so I can try to fix it or I can try to impede this from happening again.

Things I have tried:

- Restarting the iPad.

- Going to the Transtaction Status Report.

Two of my transactions done today are showing as pending. It’s now the end of the day, and those sales will not be in my daily sales. Why is it doing this?
