Square used to work perfectly for me, but within the last two months it's stopped working completely. Whether i use my card reader or manually type in a card for a transaction, the app freaks out. The screen goes black and keeps trying to rotate, switching between horizontal and vertical but never bringing up the "approved" screen or signature. Sometimes i cant even get out of the app and have to restart my phone.

I've tried updating the app (up to date), deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone, and nothing is fixing the problem. At first i thought it was my reader, but i cant even manually enter cards without this happening. I have a Motorola with an Android system if that helps, i cant remember what model.

This is really bad as a vendor and nothing is working! It just keeps freaking out. Anyone else experience this?

Knowing the model would be helpful. Please understand that the volunteers here are not the same as Tech Support so you may have to contact them - hopefully someone here may be able to help if more info can be provided.
