    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm very sorry for the trouble &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/152075"&gt;@AnaColo&lt;/a&gt;! It's difficult to identify what happened when you were trying to ring up the sale, I'd be frustrated too.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To enter a custom amount tap the icon on the bottom left of the app to bring up the key pad. (The keypad icon&amp;nbsp;looks a bit lke a grid or chart.)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to make a charge it does not let me edit the 0.00 amount and I have nearly a dozen $0.00 charges that apparently will skew my per sale statistics. The potential client left and lost a $100 possible sale/donation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
