&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;For this issue I recommend reaching out to our &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact#" target="_blank"&gt;Customer Success Team&lt;/A&gt;. Mainly because this will require the team to look at your notifications on the back end to make sure they're being sent out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
