My dashboard will not bring up transactions by customer

I cannot bring up a transaction by customer name. Dashboard acts like tutorial say except for this problem. I can click on a transaction and it will tell me the customer.

That sounds weird @speedfan.

When you're on the Transaction Report, there will be a search field at the top of your screen. Connected to the search bar is a drop down menu with the fields you can search. If you select customers you can search using first or last name.

After selecting this field were you still unable to locate a transaction?
