x-frame-options preventing Add Credit card fields from displaying in WooCommerce my-account page

I have a WooCommerce site and the fields in the "Add Credit Card" block in my-account page will not load. I get the error that the site refused to display because X-Frame-Options is set to "sameorigin". I use square on several other sites and do not have this issue. Anyone seen this issue before?
