      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/116844"&gt;@CuriousClint&lt;/a&gt;, that sounds unusual. Have you tried these &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/4992" target="_blank"&gt;app troubleshooting steps&lt;/A&gt;? I also recommend making sure you're signing&amp;nbsp;in with the correct email address - if you sign in with an email address that &lt;EM&gt;isn't&lt;/EM&gt; associated with your account or is tied to an older/inactive account you might run into issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
