&lt;P&gt;Did you make sure you're using the newest version of the app? Also have you tried deleting and re-installing the app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We haven't moved this setting, it should definitely still populate on this tab.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the most current version of the app. I had deleted the app before because it kept closing out when tapping on certain items. After downloading it again, was when we found we no longer had the cash management option. I also keep loosing connectivity to the card reader and printer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/168946"&gt;@THEBENCH&lt;/a&gt;. I have a couple of additional questions:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are you using an iPad/Android tablet? The Cash Management option isn't available on smartphones.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Can you check that your employees have the permission&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Change Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Manage &amp;amp; Open Cash Drawers&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;(you'll need to sign in to your Dashboard online to check that).&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If you deleted and reinstalled the app perhaps the setting was turned off. From&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; tap&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cash Management&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; toggle&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cash Management&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;on.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you've already tried each of theses steps definitely go ahead and call our CS team. They'll be able to investigate further and escalate this to our engineers to fix!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
