They&amp;nbsp;usually do help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Why is my chip reader not processing cards?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the Chip &amp;amp; Magstripe (headphone jack) reader, and it has started showing up as just a magstripe reader, and not processing any cards—either swipe or chip.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am also getting the “reader not connected” bar at the top of my page, even though it is showing it as a magstripe and “ready”&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any thoughts as to why this might be happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
