    <description>&lt;P&gt;It was a client who reported the issue, and also sent me a screen print from her phone. This is why I stated text message and not email. The reason it was reported is because the URL is not clickable and therefore, yes, she tried to click on it. Can't get more specific that I already did.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Square Appointments, appointment confirmation &lt;STRONG&gt;text message&lt;/STRONG&gt; says, "View details at sqap.pt/u/c...." but l&lt;STRONG&gt;ink is unclickable&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Note: I'm using Appointments on iMac not the mobile app. [edited] However, client was using their cell phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
