Printing Labels in Dymo, The variance is not showing up

I am trying to print labels for my clothing items. We print the price, item description, bar code and Variance. Now the variance is not showing up and it used to. I have done all that the auto contact people suggested. Any advice.

Is there any chance this is related to a margin issue with printing? If so, some sellers brought this up one was able to offer a workaround in this thread: How to Align DYMO printer label 30346, my barcode is cut off. Have a look at LocavoreStore's reply and let us know if that helps for now.
