Here you go:

Follow the instructions below on how to get your Customer Code and call Square's support if you need to.

Go to Square's support page.

Click “More”

Click "I don't see my issue"

Click "Call Support"

Write down your Customer Code

Call 1 855 700 6000

Copy of IRS tax forms

I have an application pending with the state of Michigan. They refused the 941 and 1028 reports I sent from Square payroll tax forms and are requesting the actual IRS forms. I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone by calling. Is there a way to get these forms?

Thank you, but I have tried calling several times. I’ve tried chat, phone calls, and email. I have been trying to talk to someone for 5 days and get no response except for “someone will contact you by email”, which hasn’t happened. That is why I tried here.

The lack of customer service to order hardware is concerning. If they can't help with questions when I am trying to spend $800 I am going to guess they won't help in the future if there is a discrepancy. How can I talk to a rep?
