    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately questions like this should be directed to Tech Support.&amp;nbsp; We can take a few guesses here however, we really don't have enough information.&amp;nbsp; For example, do you have your own domain or are you using a Free Square Subdomain?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you have your own domain, did you transfer it to Square from another provider?&amp;nbsp; If you did, is your Security Certificate valid?&amp;nbsp; When you search on your site, do you enter the URL with "&lt;A href="https://www" target="_blank"&gt;https://www&lt;/A&gt;" or with "&lt;A href="http://www" target="_blank"&gt;http://www&lt;/A&gt;" or just the "mysite.com" (just an example as we don't know your site's URL)?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Most of us here are small business owners who do have hands-on experience with Square's Apps and Hardware however, we cannot look at user Account Setups so best we can do toss out some questions first.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
