&lt;P&gt;Have you tried going through these&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/4992" target="_blank"&gt;Troubleshooting Steps for the POS App&lt;/A&gt;? In addition to those steps, you might want to try disconnecting from your internet&amp;nbsp;(WiFi or Ethernet connection) and reconnecting again. Do you typically have a strong internet connection?&lt;/P&gt;
