&lt;P&gt;Here's a link to some &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5515" target="_blank"&gt;additional troubleshooting &lt;/A&gt;you maybe able to do, and I would encourage you to reach out to our Hardware support team if these steps don't help you find the issue. Often Installing and Reinstalling the app as well as the printers will help this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;But infrequently, this may have to do with a print cable as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
