It sounds like it could be an internet connection problem. Have you checked to make sure you have a good stable connection? I'd try powering the Register down, then restarting it to see if that cures the problem. Then, reboot both your modem and router to see if that helps.

Thanks Dale...I had already checked my connection and did re-starts - but it didn't fix it...went a head and call support...they said they had recieved a number of other calls for the same issue...turns out it was cause by a recent software update, which my register did on Tuesday (7/2).

Had to hold the power button for 20-30 seconds so as to re-set back privous update and defualt factory setting...after that just had to re-connect to my wifi and print, and re-set a few settings...but good to go now.
