    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have followed all the trouble shooting steps to get my Square pos to register my cash drawer and printer. I've unplugged&amp;nbsp; and re-plugged, deleted and re-installed, disconnected and reconnected to wifi, assured I was connected to the right wifi,&amp;nbsp; and assured everything was plugged in tight, everything it told me to do and still I cant get my cash drawer to open or my printer to print. Please help!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They can go over some additional troubleshooting and see if it's an issue with our software or the cash drawer/printer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
