Anyone have the stands physical connection break?

I have not in the 6 years since the Square Stand was introduced. we have 3 Stands and have had no issues. you just need to be careful taking it in and out at the smallest angle to not put stress on the lightning port.

We have used the Square Stands since the iPad 2 days, and only recently have we had a problem with the connector breaking.

I agree with @VanKalkerFarms where you have to be careful not to break it, but if you do give Customer Service a call. Depending on the age of your Stand, you may be eligible for a warranty replacement.
