Issues with the Appointments Calendar sync

Hello Community Support - it seems that we are getting the Google Calendar to push appointments/scheduled items to the iPhone... but we are not getting a true sync. The iPhone isn't propagating the Google Calendar. So appointments entered into the phone aren't showing that appointment time as unavailable... is it a 2-way sync?

Hi @ShapeShifters. I created a separate thread for your question!

Hmm it's a bit tricky to identify exactly why your calendar doesn'tn seem to be sycning. So when your setting up an appointment you need to do that from the Appointment Calendar (which will then sync TO your Google Calender). If you're creating a personal event, you should do so from your Google Calendar (which will then sync TO your Appointments calendar).

How do I get my personal calendar events to show up on my square calendar to block that time?

I have synced my calendar multiple times. I have allowed the import and export option. Still, I will add an event in my personal calendar via google and it will not show on my square calendar. Please help! Thank you.
