Note 10 plus card reader compatibility

I just tried to use my card reader for the first time with my new Note 10 +. I am using the phone jack adapter and it said it was ready. However, it would not scan the card and kept giving me an error message. Is there something special I need to do to make this work correctly?

Hey there, @human2. Sorry to hear about the trouble.

Is there a specific error message you are getting when trying to swipe? Some of our Merchant's who have had similar issues have found this recourse helpful.

I just continued to get the error that the card was not read and to try again. I did everything mentioned in the resource, so was just hoping there was another issue I wasn't aware of.
