Just changed the roll in the TSP100 printer. Sales receipts, cc receipts print fine. The daily sales report is minuscule and unreadable. Printed fine last night with red on the roll - time to replace roll. Bluetooth is on. This is the POS register. The rolls aren't different, all out of the same box.

Not sure what I can do to fix this anomaly.

I am having exact same problem printing on Star TSP143IIU printer from POS app running on iOS 12. Happening on both iPads in my store.

Sorry about that! 🙁 Yesterday we received multiple inquiries from sellers about reports printing in a tiny font. It sounds like that's what you were experiencing.

We are having this same issue, though it is a few years since this last thread. Is there a fix? Our receipts print normally. The daily report prints too tiny to read

Hi @Oceangiftshop. Strange. Last we heard about this issue it was a bug, but haven't heard this happening since. You may want to reach out to our Support Team so they can file a new ticket with our engineers if necessary.
