Weebly hosts my domain. How do I direct the URL to my Square storefront so that the URL begins www.mystore.com instead of just mystore.com. Most of my customers type www before my storename.

If you use a custom domain for your site we automatically forward to www.yourcustomdomain.com. This means as long as you have upgraded to use a custom domain as your store address you don’t need to do anything else!

I don't understand what upgrading to a custom domain means. We purchased our domain through Wix, a year or two ago, and transferred it to Weebly. Square is still using a subdomain for our account. Again, when I type in "www" it cannot find my page, and Weebly is not automatically forwarding to that address.

It sounds like you might not have upgraded your plan to use a custom domain yet. It would be worth emailing or calling Weebly Support team (1-844-493-3259) so they can take a look your current plan and settings!
