i have a star sp700 formerly used on the kitchen to print ticket orders for the chef, it's a ethernet printer connected directly into the router that the square stands are on.

trying to set it up on the back bar to print receipts for customers to sign and write in tips. . it's saying "not supported" when i try to set it up. doesn't make sense. it's on the correct wifi network and hooked up properly. it test prints and works fine for "orders"

Hey @CCW!

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

As of right now, you would only be able to use your Kitchen Printer to print order tickets. You would need a compatible Receipt Printer to print receipts. Sorry about that!
