      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/691043"&gt;@WilliamGross215&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure as this is a Square forum, so issues with QuickBooks not sending an Email might have to b looked at with QuickBooks not Square.&amp;nbsp; Just from reading your question, sounds like Quickbooks is not configured to send emails or is unable to connect to your Email list.&amp;nbsp; If you are trying to use QuickBooks to send out emails to your Square costumers you may have to import these customers to Quickbooks Customers mailing list or something.&amp;nbsp; The other thing could be that Quickbooks is not configured correctly to send Emails?&amp;nbsp; These are only guesses but you may want to ask in a QuicBooks forum on how to configue your email servers with QuickBooks to send emails.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
