All evening we would name a ticket and it would print to the kitchen with a different name (that was currently anotheropen ticket name). We would then go to.open tickets and the table numbers would be switched. It did this for probably 6 open tickets. We edited the tickets to correct it and it did it again before payment was accepted. so frustrating!
