    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/692534"&gt;@rmgconnections&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you nor I know exactly what customers are entering or where for their payment information, this could be their issue.&amp;nbsp; Meaning on my non Square site I would get customers calling to see why their CC keeps getting denied.&amp;nbsp; Problem was they were entering their CC information into PayPal, which their CC was not attached to instead of into Paying by Credit Card field.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The best thing you can do here is go on your website and add an item to a cart to checkout your self.&amp;nbsp; Do a small item because Square does not refund the Credit card processing fees for a refund.&amp;nbsp; This will at least test to see if your online store is setup correctly and payments are not going through because of customer error.&amp;nbsp; I did this when I setup my Square Site to test if my Class was working to accept payments.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also just call support ( their number is in my signature below) on Tuesday since today I am not sure if they are open since it is a Bank / Federal holiday today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
