&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you might not of had &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5095" target="_blank"&gt;Offline Mode&lt;/A&gt; enabled when taking those payments.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It'd be best to &lt;A href="http://squ.re/contact" target="_blank"&gt;reach out to our CS team&lt;/A&gt; directly considering this is time sensitive so they can see if they went through on our end while you were offline.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
