    <description>&lt;P&gt;Joe, we have similar situation; However, the 'owner' on the account was an ex employee who no longer works. Your customer service will not talk to me. I don't mind opening a new account, but how will I recover funds ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have used Square for years and have never had a problem. I am showing that I haven't received a deposit since Dec 20th. Inaccurate bank account information was added to my account without me doing so and I have over 2K in deposits that say they are "pending".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have emails customer service amd am feeling very nervous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yikes, sticky situation. Are you able to contact the ex employee and work with them for the sake of recovering those funds?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Not ideal, sorry about that. However,&amp;nbsp;if their info was used to activate the account, they are considered the account owner and&amp;nbsp;our Account Services Team will need to work with them directly.&lt;/P&gt;
