&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you may have been attempting to take payments from an inactive location that was previously created. When you're in your &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/locations" target="_blank"&gt;Online Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;, how many locations do you see &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/locations" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;? How many of them are active?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When taking a payment using &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/terminal/" target="_blank"&gt;Virtual Terminal&lt;/A&gt;, I would ensure that you're selecting the correct Reporting Location. Let me know if this helps. If not, please reply back in this thread with the answer to my first question, and what browser you're using.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
