If business receipt setup appears correct why does customers cc statement show something different?

The information on the dashboard for my customers receipts is correct but the info on their credit card statement is incorrect. How can I correct this?

My info says Agility Inc. dba EZInks.net

but the receipt says

Debit Card W/D SQ *AGILITY INC. DBA Egosq.com VA US.

I have no idea where the Egosq.com came from.

Any ideas
